You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Content on this site belongs to FulFill It or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Our services
We provide digital marketing, design and development services, including SEO, paid media, social media management, web development, Shopify and related work. The details of each engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement.
Proposals and scope
A proposal describes the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Work outside the agreed scope may need a new quote. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal.
Your responsibilities
- You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and access to the accounts, tools and materials we need. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
- You confirm that you have the right to use any content, images, names and trademarks you give us.
Payments
Fees, billing cycles and payment dates are agreed in writing before work starts. See our Payment and billing policy for more detail. Third-party costs, such as ad spend, software and domains, are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.
Intellectual property
After full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. We keep ownership of our tools, templates, methods and any pre-existing materials. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Third-party platforms
Our work often depends on platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok and Shopify. We do not control their rules, algorithms or availability, and changes by those platforms may affect results.
Results
We work to improve performance, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Confidentiality
We keep confidential information you share with us private and use it only to deliver our services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, FulFill It is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service the claim relates to.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement according to the notice terms in the proposal or agreement. Fees for work completed up to that point remain payable. See our Refund and cancellation policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith before other steps are taken.
