Delete your Ad Verdict Desk data

Ask us to delete your data

Email contact@fulfillit.pk from the address you used in the tool, with the subject Delete my data and your website address in the message. You can also message us on WhatsApp.

Within 7 days we delete your request record, your contact details, your verdict summaries, your report links and any access keys we still hold, and we confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your name, business name, email address and phone number.
• Your website address and score results linked to you.
• Your verdict summaries and the private report link (the link stops working).
• Any ad-account access key still stored (normally already deleted within an hour).

We cannot delete what is not stored: your ad numbers are used in your browser and never saved on our servers apart from the short verdict summary above.

Remove our access to your ad account yourself

You do not need to wait for us. You can remove access at any time:

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): Facebook settings, then Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), then remove “Ad Verdict Desk”.
• Google Ads: myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose our app, select Remove access.
• TikTok: TikTok for Business, authorized apps settings, remove our app.

Removing access stops us seeing your account. To remove what we already keep, send the deletion request above.

Deleting your dashboard account

If you use our tracking and dashboard service, you can delete everything yourself: sign in, open your account settings and choose Delete my account. Or email contact@fulfillit.pk. Within 7 days we delete your sites, visits, orders, summaries, connections, team, notes and records (including the “who looked” log), cancel our access at Google, Meta and TikTok, and confirm by email. You can download your data first. You can also withdraw ad-data permission at any time without deleting anything. Backups clear within 14 days. We keep only a scrambled marker (not your Google ID) that stops free audits being claimed twice.

What we keep, and why

After deletion we keep nothing that identifies you. If the law requires us to keep a record (for example of a complaint), we keep only that record and only for as long as required.
