Key points

  • The tool is free for now and gives guidance, not a guarantee of sales. Paid plans may come later, and we will always tell you first.
  • Use it only on websites and ad accounts you own or are allowed to check.
  • It is read-only: it never changes your ads or spends your money.
  • You can stop and delete your data at any time.
  • Dashboard: you must have the right to track your own visitors and show your own consent notice. FulFill It staff may view your tracking data (read-only, logged); ad-account data only because you agree when you connect.

Agreeing to these terms

By using the Ad Verdict Desk or the dashboard you agree to these terms and to the Ad Verdict Desk and dashboard privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it. FulFill It’s general terms of service apply to our other services; if there is a conflict about this tool, these terms apply to it.

What the tool is

The tool checks a website and helps you decide whether to keep, fix or stop each ad, using the numbers you give us or connect. The score, verdicts and suggested actions are estimates built from rules of thumb and from what the tool can see. They are not financial, legal or professional advice, and we cannot promise any result.

Your responsibilities

  • Only enter a website you own or have permission to check, and only connect an ad account you own or are authorised to use.
  • Give numbers that are accurate to the best of your knowledge. A verdict is only as good as the numbers behind it.
  • Do not misuse the tool: no attempts to overload it, bypass its limits or security check, probe other systems through it, copy it, or use it to scan sites you have no right to.
  • Keep your report link private. Anyone with the link can read the report.

Connecting ad accounts

When you connect Meta, Google Ads or TikTok, you give us read-only access to the account you choose, under that platform’s terms. You can remove our access at any time from the platform (see the privacy policy, section 5). We use the access only to load your numbers.

The tracking and dashboard service: your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to track your own visitors and customers on the sites where you install our tracker, plugin or app.
  • You must show your own cookie banner or privacy notice where the law needs one, and set the tracker to the mode that fits (standard, cookieless or consent). Tell your visitors you use a tool like ours. Our privacy policy says what the tool collects.
  • Do not send us names, emails, phone numbers, addresses or other personal details through the tracker, for example by putting them in page addresses or event names.
  • Keep your sign-in and your team’s access safe. Only invite people who should see your data and give each the smallest role they need.
  • You are responsible for what your team members do in your account.

FulFill It staff access and ad-account data

Staff access by default. You agree that FulFill It staff may view your own tracking data (visits, events, orders, funnels, scores, audits and site settings) to give you support, run the service and improve it. We do not ask each time. This access is read-only, limited by staff role and logged. You can see who looked and when in the “who looked at my data” log in your dashboard. Staff can never see your passwords, access tokens, site secrets or API keys.

Ad-account and connector data needs your agreement. Before every Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or TikTok connection, and every other connector, we show a pop-up saying that FulFill It administrators can view this ad data to support you and improve the service. Pressing “I agree and connect” is your agreement, and we record its version and time. Only FulFill It administrators (the full-access staff role) may then view that connection’s data. Other staff roles see it only through a grant you approve. You can withdraw your agreement at any time by disconnecting or deleting that data. We do not sell your data. We do not use ad-platform data to train ad targeting or for other customers, and we never share your data with other customers.

Deleting. You can delete everything from the dashboard or by writing to contact@fulfillit.pk. We finish within 7 days.

Plans, fees and service levels for the dashboard

Plans, prices and limits for the dashboard are agreed in writing before you pay. Billing, refund and service-level terms for the paid dashboard are set out in the quote or order form we agree with you, together with our main Terms of Service.

Third-party services

The tool relies on services from other companies (for example Google PageSpeed Insights, ad platforms and our email provider). We are not responsible for their availability or changes. Ad platforms change their numbers and rules often, so a report is a snapshot and can go out of date.

Ownership

The tool, its design, text and code belong to FulFill It. Your website and your ad data stay yours. You may keep and share your own report with your team and advisers. You may not copy or resell the tool.

Availability and changes

The tool is free at the moment and is provided as it is. It may be slow, unavailable or changed at any time, and we may add limits (for example how many checks you can run). We expect to offer paid plans in future for things such as ongoing tracking, more audits and extra reports. We will never charge you for anything without telling you the terms first and getting your agreement, and the free checks you have already run will not be charged for. We may stop the tool, or stop you using it if you break these terms.

Limit of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, FulFill It is not responsible for losses that come from using the tool or relying on a report, including lost sales or profit, wasted ad spend, or decisions made using the results. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

For the paid dashboard, our responsibility to you, any exclusions, and any other liability terms are set out in the quote or order form we agree with you and in our main Terms of Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, as set out in our main Terms of Service, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be changed by agreement.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the tool means you accept the updated terms. Questions: contact@fulfillit.pk.
